HSBC the Netherlands is a corporate banking services branch. As such, we are unable to service queries or requests from retail customers concerning personal banking products related to other HSBC branches.

We can’t verify your identification documents required by other HSBC offices. We don’t have an ATM or any cash services at the Branch.

The following examples are common queries which we are unable to service at the Amsterdam Branch:

  • Loss of a debit/credit card
  • Making withdrawals/deposits
  • Transfers of funds between personal accounts
  • Opening a personal account
  • Applying for a personal loan
  • Notarisation of documentation
  • Legal or tax advice regarding personal banking

Retail customers may redirect such requests to their home entity or to the closest retail branches in France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Additionally, individuals may contact 0810180180 for general banking queries.
